Delhi Police case against Prashant Bhushan over alleged doctored video of Russian minister
Delhi Police Special Cell has registered a case against senior advocate Prashant Bhushan over a video police allege was doctored, after the foreign ministry fact check unit described the circulating clip of the Russian foreign minister as fake and edited.
